I tried claiming it after reaching 3 hours of playtime, but it says I’ve already claimed them even though I haven’t. I also checked my transaction history and it wasn’t showing up there either.
Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue or if it’s just me.

That means someone with a linked IP and/or Device ID already claimed the Lunes. Sorry. We can’t do much to help with this due to the way the promotion is designed :(
