Well, in this case it’s Luduvo blocking IP ranges or your Luduvo account is tied to account sign-up information, payment region, or phone number verification.
Worth to create your account with Psiphon instead using your real IP.

Your email must be created with Psiphon too, to not let information tied to with your real IP!

That proves everything, it’s because of restrictions. Not Luduvo side. It worked for him cause creating emails and accounts with Psiphon.
That would stink so much if true, however my friend still haven’t replied so we’ll have to see
I really hope there are workarounds it on their side, because I can join other platforms and whatnot like Roblox or steam games
